Our Ottawa based client is a fast growing SaaS company. They're looking to bring to their team a successful sales development professional who can quickly build relationships, open new doors, and add value to clients by cross-selling & up-selling into large enterprise accounts.

You are not a perfectionist. Your prospecting experience will be excellent and your desire to win prospects will be acute. You will be able to reach decision makers (Senior level HR Professionals) on a daily basis.

Not looking for someone who wants to simply dump features & benefits on their prospects, but rather effectively and concisely ask questions, and tell the story from the clients perspective.

Some travel may be required (Canada & USA)

Requirements

• Clear, focused, and precise

• Effective relationship builder who can also leverage the Challenger Sales Methodology.

• 5 years of experience prospecting and selling to large organizations

• University or College degree preferred but not essential

• Understanding of sales processes

• Understanding of CRM (Sugar, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc...)

• Understanding SaaS, Software and Technology (Helpful, not necessary)

• Understand the buying process (Consultative in nature)

• Be respectfully while also driving the process forward.
