The Gig:

Blend HRM Inc is currently hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to work directly with our clients and recruitment team to assist candidates through the hiring process. If you pride yourself on your organizational skills, pay close attention to detail, and are a great communicator who can juggle various requests throughout the day, then this role is for you!


  • Monitor candidate progress through the hiring process in our clients’ applicant tracking system
  • Report changes in the candidates’ status to Blend’s recruiters, Data Analyst and Head of Talent
  • Update candidate engagement tackers in collaboration with with Blend’s recruiters and Data Analyst
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and our clients’ hiring managers
  • Send candidates notifications on their current status
  • Assist the Head of Talent with scheduling interviews for Blend candidates
  • Review weekly status reports for accuracy
  • Work closely with clients to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Participate in internal company initiatives such as social media campaigns, etc.


  • Bachelor degree (combination of relevant education and experience will also be considered)
  • Working knowledge of the google suite (gmail, google calendar, google sheets, google drive etc.)
  • Independent and a self-starter - We work remotely so you need be organized, motivated and focused
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets, respect deadlines and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong initiative and ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Slack is an asset
