Solution Engineer (x/f/m)

The Technical Services team is at the heart of our clients ecosystem: their mission is to improve the user experience, optimizing the link between customers and the Engineering teams. Therefore, they are looking for a Solution Engineer (x/f/m) to join the Technical Services team in Germany.

Your missions
  1. Conduct in-depth investigations and analyzes of product and infrastructure issues
  2. Take ownership of client issues and work to get them resolved in a timely manner while representing the client's best interests
  3. Provide product and technical expertise to clients and internal teams
  4. Communicate problems and solutions in a clear and concise manner to different audiences
  5. Qualify and escalate issues to development teams with great detail and accuracy
  6. Provide support for the installation of products and the deployment of connection tools to third-party software
  7. Work closely with other teams in the company to get issues resolved and to relay customer feedback

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you must have technical affinity and good communication skills. It should be easy for you to put technical problems into non-technical words. They are looking for solution makers to help their users get the best out of their product.

Your skills

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Ability to interpret code in JavaScript, Ruby, and other programming languages
  • Relational database querying (SQL)
  • Big plus if you have experience in Windows administration and software development
  • Excellent self-learning skills
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences (eg explaining a technical issue to a non-technical audience)
  • Experience in SLA-driven tech support
  • Ability to independently figure out how a feature/product works
